I hired Kevin Gatlin under the impression he was trying to start his own business and gain work in our area, his first project was working on my dock, he completed most of the work we talked about. A couple pieces of deck not placed. The second project was concrete, again I thought it was his company doing the work, it was not. The concrete job requires a little more work than Kevin had figured. In the tune of $1,800, part of the job was to install a drain and grade the drive away from the concrete. This work never got completed. I had him build a fence for me around my garage, this work also was not completed. I had to endure the pro man coming to my house to pick up his equipment. Each time we would get ready to start a new project he wanted have the money down. The last project was 95% labor in the tune of 26 thousand and he wanted half a of that money before he would start. I asked for a refund of $1,000 for the grading and drain pipe that was not completed and I put a hold on my basement project because of this. I had to endure . They always want money before they start, they always sun out their work. I thought I hired a couple of good ya that wanted to start a business but in turn he is trying to be a general and sub out all the work. I am forced to take them to court for not completing the concrete project. Use at your own risk and have a checkbook ready. They lost a lot of work in our city because of this. We were out of town for most of these projects he did contact us to let us know what was going on. But the work just never got completed.

They kept us well informed of the process for our projects they even sent pictures of all the progress as it was being done they were prompt and showed up when they said they would got both projects done in a timely manner

Communication was above and beyond, always made sure I knew the steps to the project.
