Low pressure sales associate who made great recommendations and saved us money!

Consumer beware! Incorrect install caused water damage of over 40k to my home and personal belongings. Did not install or fix flashing. Said they did not need a building permit, glad I got one anyway, because it failed inspection. Their insurance only covers a fraction of the cost. They promised a refund but instead says I am no longer to contact them. They did not use correct length screws, neglected to put foam insulation which caused ants to come in my house as well as water and now mold. They ripped my wallpaper taking out the kitchen window. My back slider still does not function correctly and the seal is incorrect which allows water, dirt and bugs to enter my house. I am very unhappy and have given this company plenty of time to do right by me, and they have not. Owner sticks up for his installers even after being proven by the building department and his manager that they were not installed properly. They asked me to not dispute my purchase with my credit card company, and said they would refund me, but no, they didnt and now it is too late to dispute it. I tried to negotiate for a fraction of the price it will cost me to fix my home and replace my items that were lost from flooding and they are now refusing. Please dont work with this company, they only care about themselves. Their windows are hard to open and the slider keeps falling apart. Also they use Interstate as a supplier for their windows and doors, they are low qualiy, many cosmetic and function flaws. You wont be happy, AVOID at all costs. I should of checked their reviews and BBB first, shame on me.

They were absolutely terrific to deal with. They showed up when they said they would. They gave great guidance on the product and solved a problem that we had with a screen door. The installation of the windows was earlier than expected. All in all I am a very, very happy customer.

Perfect job from start to finish - great communication throughout and even better installation experience. The crew was both efficient and meticulous during the installation. We are very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this company.
