We were initially very pleased with this contractor. We did not go with the low bidder and felt that the contractor would do a good job, as he seemed very responsible. He told us that what made him good was that he was willing to correct any problems or mistakes. We had wrinkles appear in the roof about 6 months after installation. They have been out to look at it and did a few minor repairs, but it still looks bad. We have had very little response or communication from the contractor. I hope that I can update this review and give the contractor a good recommendation, but at this point, wouldn't recommend this company.

The rep came out quickly, contacted me with a plan and a price. He was very professional and I felt comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. He gave me two options to my problem and when financing is arranged, I will use his services

Everything was completed as agreed on. Work was done as fast as possible and the communication with Superior Roof Systems of Texas waas excellent. I will reccomend.

Jeff was very helpful and knowledgable about the pros and cons of different roof types. He also knew what we needed to provide our insurance company and was very prompt at getting them the information. Jeff's crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. However, we have picked up a number of nails and metal shavings since the roof was installed. I'm not sure that we could have done better though, because of the difficulty of seeing them in the grass and rocks. We are very happy with our roof and very pleased with Jeff and his company.

My roofing project was an insurance job from hail damage and included a metal roof carport. The Superior roof systems went and extra mile when they couldn"t duplicte the existing roof and the finished product was better than what was replaced. All in all I was very pleased with their workmanship and expertice. I would use them again.

Clean up was horrible. Left behind over 40 nails scattered on the property and many scraps of trash.

I was very pleased with our salesperson. He explained everything from start to finish. I was also impressed with the folder he gave us with personal recommendations and also the quote we got. We had several other quotes and this company beat all of them. You were the only one with a BBB rating and to me that says a lot. The roofing tiles were delivered on time and the roofing crew was not far behind them. The roof was completed within a day and the salesperson, Kelvin Swindle was out checking behind them. The only thing that was a problem was that the satellite dish was not set back properly but you all took care of that the next day.

Kelvin Swindle was the person who I worked with on the project. He was very professionial and very easy to work with. He called when he said he would and had the info he said he would have. Their rates were very reasonable for the covered repairs and the addons I wante were well within my budget. They clean up of the yard and driveway was excellent. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the workers were very professionial. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for a roofing company. Great company.

The service was a "little slow" getting started but it was better understood once the project was started!! It wasn't mentioned at the time of the contract signing that installation of TAMKO roofing required a highly specialized crew which had to be "shipped in" to Midland from Weatherford, Texas (over 300 miles away). The expert ability of this crew was outstanding and provided everything in our desires. We have had two rains since the roof was replaced and nary a leak! This beats the records of other nearby neighbors who have had leaks and problems! I and the neighbor across the road are completely happy with the jobs Superior Roof Systems

I was so pleased because they contacted me and then came out and talked to me. They did the roof in a timely manner when they said they would. They answered all of our questions professionally. They did an excellent job on the roof and even did extra like putting in rain and snow seals at the vunerable points and came back and painted the pipes sticking up out of the roof. Everything looks so good. I would definitely reccommend this company to anyone. The owners are honest men of integrity. That seems to be a rarity these days. Overall compitent service, but hap hazard regarding scheduling, oversight, communication, and job follow through. Promised job referral fees and have not followed through after five referrals with even a thanks. Job managers not local people that maintain communication.
