Paid $3750 advance for service April 18, 2018. Didn't start the project and it now July 28,2018.

The septic contractor is part of Pro Septic. They put a hole in my shed when removing trees to install the septic system. Its been one month after they finished and still have not fixed the roof on my shed. BBB given a report on them failing to fix the roof. After calling and texting the owner will not respond. If he doesnt fix the problem this week my next complaint will be to the licensing board.

I had him come out to give me an estimate, he bragged about his Facebook page but I am retired and don't participate in social media. He was unprofessional and hasn't even gotten back to me with the estimate.

"We are almost certain this customer has our company mistaken for another. We take our service extremely serious, not to mention each lead we receive from Homeadviser cost our company money, there for we do everything possible and with in our power to win each job,, it would be ridiculous for our team to actually meet a Customer on the yard , and then not follow up."
