We had a late afternoon septic emergency a month after moving into our mid-90s house. While I was searching online for help, my wife put out an SOS on Home Advisor. We received 3 calls in about 5 minutes. Went with Superior because they told me that they believed there was a good chance they could show up once they finished the job they were on. Without going into detail, they worked hard to fix a septic that suffered from significant neglect. So far everything is working better than when we moved in. We would definitely use Superior again

He was very nice to speak with. However, I am dissatisfied because he allowed me to pay my bill in installments of 3 different post-dated checks. The first check was cashed early and caused me to have a $45 bank fee.
