Fast, friendly service, great guys. A smaller operation, so no uniforms or fancy trucks, but very knowledgeable and thorough. I have not hired an electrician in many years, so I am not sure about their charges relative to other companies, but they use a "rates" book which I assume is standard, and they charged exactly what they quoted. The scheduling and communications were very good, coordinating the power company, the permitting and inspection and they arrived with all of the needed parts. When the inspector required an additional ground rod, they returned the next day and installed it for a flat rate, just as they did with the initial quote.

Project: Repair a Fixed Generator
Came and did extensive investigation of generator problem..found nothing..Suggested call Gas Co..Gas valve was turned off.."Perfect Service Heating and Air" NEVER turned it back on after overcharging me $10,500 for a small house unit....Obviously I was not charged by Superior...Fine gentleman..but no results
