"We have a warranty on our service. If he had contacted us we would have gladly rechecked his unit under warranty. We added a very small amount of refrigerant after other companies had looked at his system and made diagnosis, possibly failed parts on both the heating and cooling side as they where not sure which was bad. We came out and found neither of the parts bad and the system, just a very small amount low on refrigerant, almost not enough to cause a problem. We added the refrigerant and had him hold off on paying the bill for a month to ensure that the problem was solved since several companies had their hands in his unit."
