I had an outstanding experience with Superior Services Contracting. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, they worked quickly, and the quality of their construction cleaning exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by helping organize the items we were keeping, which made the entire process much less stressful. It’s rare to find a company that takes that extra level of care. Very quick, efficient, professional and helpful. Contacted me quickly and luckily was available same day! I really appreciate the removal of some large desks and filing cabinets from a storage unit. Friendly as well!

He contacted me promptly, told me what they do and the cost. He told me the earliest he was available and on the day called to let me know they would be fifteen minutes late. They did a great job removing three large pieces of furniture from my home. Nothing was damaged, anything moved was put back in place. They removed their shoes before coming into the house. Everything was done efficiently and well. When they were done, I learned of other services they provide. They were pleasant throughout. I would definitely hire them again.

Completely satisfied with the tons of trash removed from my property and how much Veronica and Shannon looked around to make sure it's all gone. Landscapers that came a couple weeks later did not find much hiding in the tall grass which shows how thorough the trash removal was.

We have very little experience working with contractors but found Shannon to be wonderful. He listened to what we needed done, made sure to clarify and would offer ideas/suggestions. He kept us in the loop about everything. Highly recommend working with Shannon. He works hard, is accommodating and knows his stuff!!

Shannon worked with us to remove a ADU on our property, he was very communicative, polite, and professional. When ever he had questions on our intentions he would ask and when needed offer advice.

My request was very last minute. Shannon went out of his way to fit me into his schedule and make the pick-up happen. Very nice man! I truly appreciate his can do, caring attitude!

Shannon came out and provided a bid and started work a few days later. He did everything that I had asked in the initial bid and then some. He kept asking “hey, do you want me to haul that away too?” My answer was always yes. My property looks great. I would hire again if I need hauling or tractor work done again.

Shannon was incredible! Our property was overrun with rambles n trees that needed to be removed so we could even begin to decide on the house site for excavation. He communicated promptly. I couldn't meet him out there, so he went to look at the property on his own and let us know if he could do the job and how much. He started and we stopped by to meet him and see the progress. He even sent photos so we could see the progress. Amazing! His fees are extremely reasonable. We will ask him to come back out and do the back portion of the property and the actual excavation for the build site when it's time. Can't recommend Superior Services Contracting enough.

Can't recommend this service enough! They helped us get rid of a big raised garden bed we've been wanting gone for a long time. Shannon was amazing from start to finish. He's professional, kind, and a great communicator. He made sure to ask us clarifying questions throughout the project. And completed it thoroughly within a day! His wife is also so sweet and they're both very hardworking individuals. He was even willing to haul away some extra pieces of wood at the site. Very grateful 🥰
