Superior Steam Carpet Cleaning

I hired Marlon to clean my sofa and bed backboard, and the experience was very disappointing. After the cleaning, both were left with stains and a strong bad smell. He also charged extra for ?special chemicals,? but the results were worse than before. What made it even more frustrating was the complete lack of professionalism afterward. He promised multiple times that he would come back to fix the issue and scheduled with me 3 different times over the last month. Every single time, he never showed up. He also never updated me unless I texted him first, and he almost never answers his phone. In total, I wasted around 6 hours waiting because he kept giving me 2-hour arrival windows and never came. Very unreliable service and poor communication. I would not recommend.

Marlon is the best ever carpet cleaner and a very nice gentleman. He is my go-to carpet man from now on, and he can fix other things around the house too. I highly recommend him, he s a true professional and works very carefully to get the job done just right.
