Reviews
Write a Reviewvery helpful sales staff, fast and quality installation
Great experience all around.
They did an excellent job on a small job that none else wanted to do, but they were a little pricy.
Great quality and quantity of different stones options. Removal and installation all in one day instead of weeks like other contractors
Great working with customer team here
August 2021 - This entire process has been the worst headache ever and our kitchen is still not done. I live in Tucson, but I'm helping my parents who live in the West Valley with their kitchen remodel. In January of 2021 we made our first call for a home consultation which did not occur until mid-February. We were assigned to Ray who seemed like a knowledgeable guy who said that he has been in the business for a long time. We had several different options for companies to go through but we wanted to go with them which was a mistake. The process has been extremely unpleasant. After our initial consultation, it was difficult to nail down our final plans because Ray was difficult to reach and he would always forget things that we told him multiple times. I had to contact Charles a few times in order to contact Ray so we could get our plans cemented. We had to go back and forth several times despite clearly explaining what we wanted to Ray. It was almost as if they didn't want our business, but we stuck with them and kept moving forward despite being ignored and not listened to. Again, I don't live in Phoenix, and I told Ray and Charles this, yet I had to keep going back and forth to Phoenix several times because the details that we painstakingly went over and over, were forgotten or done incorrectly. Signed the contract in March and paid $17,289 for Oakcraft cabinets. We waited until mid-July for our demo and install. Ray and Charles blamed COVID for the delay and didnâ t offer any apologies or give us a discount. We have a small 10 x10 kitchen. We didn't need any permits, no changes to the ceiling or floors, any tear down of walls or rearrangement of the kitchen layout. Superior Stone doesnâ t do any plumbing or electrical ¦they just remove the old cabinets, install new ones, install the quartz countertops and backsplash. We are still missing a cabinet, one of the cabinets was placed incorrectly, one of the drawers doesnâ t close fully, the outlet under the sink is exposed because the back of the sink cabinet was not cut correctly. We are missing crown moulding, and base boards, a touch up kit, and our spice rack, and more. By the way, we havenâ t heard from them since mid-July. It's a shame that the customer service is so poor because they could have had another contract for our bathroom remodel and many referrals for more businessâ ¦I really wonder if they treat their customers in Scottsdale like this or if it is just us?
I am sorry for the miscommunication. We weren't able to communicate effectively between you and your mother and our sales staff. We made many changes to the design, layout and color. I am sure in between all the changes things didn't reach all the parties. We have made changes to work with homeowners to better communicate between all parties. We do apologize to provide additional COVID discount at the time. Manufacture suffered death and closures, plus our company lost installer during the process, we did our absolute best and provided you the maximum discount possible. We made sure your kitchen was functional based on our set installation dates, and all delays were on warranty parts/service parts. Your countertop was installed a day after your cabinet installation. We really tried our best under circumstances. We are sorry about the process and any inconveniences we caused. Please contact the manager if you need any assistance or concerns. We are here to help.
These guys were professional, efficient, and answered every question I had along the way.
Very professional and timely follow up!
I needed to match an existing piece of granite so i had to settle on availability of the piece and size needed. I purchased a prefabed Island Counter Top and had it modified on location to fit. But the job was done as scheduled and completed. The crew that did the fabrication and install were exceptional! As a designer I deal with many different craftsmen and was very pleased with the outcome.
We used Superior Stone & Cabinet for laundry room and master bathroom cabinets....very pleased. The cabinets are beautiful. Ray Speer was great to work with.....Thanks Ray
