Asked to have an auto fill installed in a pond. He was to tie it into the irrigation system (specifically the zone line that only becomes pressurized when on). He ends up tying it into the main line that is constantly pressurized. He also cut into the irrigation wires which prevented 1 zone from turning on. Additionally, every single fitting that he put on, leaked (3 fittings, 3 leaks). I asked him if he was going to fix these things. And never received a response. I get it - mistakes happen. But to not respond and fix his mistakes is beyond baffling!! He does not stand behind his work and does not respond to any communications (calls, texts). Clearly a sign of a poorly ran business!

2 years ago I had retaining walls built by them. Sand washes out of the drain when it rains hard. They came out to address the problem once and it still does the same thing. I sent photos by email and I get no response.
