Superior Tank and Energy Company, LLC

Very pleasantly surprised and So far so great experience with all of the employees from sales and tech and even the office staff as well.

they were really good

Very good

They were very friendly, arrived on time, and cleaned up!

They were very thorough and left the basement clean.

My name is Louis Nichole. I am a 71 year old senior citizen.   I filed a lawsuit against Superior Fuel in Connecticut Superior Court, Docket No. UWY-CV15-6028443-S. The work performed by Superior Fuel was defective, deficient and not acceptable for the following reasons: 1)They provided mechanical HVC specifications that were improperly sized. A mechanical engineer was hired to redo the entire specifications. 2)Superior/Riggi was an oil/service provider. They had little to no experience with propane, yet took on entire house of 6,000 sq ft...(radiant Heating.)... which I was informed later.... they had never done before.   3)They provided and installed an improperly sized regulator for my tanks.... and would not uphold the one year warranty, despite it was faulty.... and was removed by a reliable propane company. 4) Riggi installed a European Cooktop .... not even reviewing the manufacturers instructions which were presented. That new stove top was replaced after one year. 5) Above all, they were paid in full for the work they performed and refused to remediate any of the undersized work they had installed. The house remains uninhabitable in 2023 with the work they performed.   I then filed another litigation against Superior Fuel in Waterbury Small Claims Court, UWY-CV-22-5029642-B.  A judgment in my favor was issued on April 13, 2022 in Small Claims Court against Riggi, individually, and Superior Fuel, (sold and no longer doing business as Superior Fuel.)  I was awarded the full amount sought.   Superior HVAC and Tank Removal is a new company formed in the State of CT in 2018. Their website states "Since 1947 Superior HVAC and Tank Removal has been Connecticutâ s source for exceptional service and quality products." I always allow people to do their own diligence and make their own decisions after reading "on line reviews"

They helped us understand the details and options we needed to know. Doug and joe explained the process and the steps.

Job done quickly

Super glad to have used Superior to remove our oil tank from our basement. Great communication with the guy Joe who manages all of the booking. Crew showed up when we expected, were professional and let me know what to expect about the job and how it progressed.

Good job by crew, on time

Great job. Would recommend Superior to anyone one.

The crew arrived timely, went to work until completion. Very satisfied with results. Would recommend. Job took time as stated. Cleanup was satisfactory.

I hired Superior to remove a tank that had oil in it. They removed the oil amd cleaned the tank thoroughly before they removed it there was not a drop of oil anywhere. My father noted that even the truck was clean and professional in appearance. These people (Superior) know their business I would definitely hire them again.

The two man crew arrived right on time and called ahead to say they were on the way. They went straight to work and were very professional and open to questions. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my property. Very good experience overall.

a small problem on completing the paperwork at the end to get reimbursed by the state so you may have to keep on top of them (in part they are extremely busy) but otherwise outstanding company.

Friendly personnel who worked quickly to transfer heating oil from one tank to another on our property. I thought the price was a little high but that could just be me.

Very good fast service with GREAT prices.

excellent

Great service, excellent price. Thank you!

Excellent work from the crew. Excellent information flow. Price was better than other quotes I received. Overall agreat experience. I would have given a 5-star rating, but I had to do some minor clean up after the crew left.

Removal of oil tank after converting to gas heat. The crew was on time and let me know what they would be doing. They removed the tank in less time than expected and made sure the area was clean before leaving.

Polite, energetic crew, great experience.
