What a disaster! No show no calls for days. Terrible craftsmanship. Tiles were every which way but straight. We had them do the bathroom floor as well and it was crooked. We had to demo his job and hire someone else to fix it properly. Didn't finish on time so we had to fire him. He apparently works bankers hours when and if he shows up and then disappears only to get a text that he's done for the day. I have pictures of the disaster but won't post them because I'm ashamed it took this long to fire him and the money I gave him just to keep us without a shower for 2 weeks. New company says 4 days. Go figure. We will be contacting Maine board of licensing , the better business bureau, and small claims court.

Finished the job within the time he said he would but this was a poor job. Did not answer the texts inquiring about why it was done so poorly. Did not pull out all the flooring leaving tiles and dirt underneath. There are full inch gaps between the floor and the wall. The cuts around plumbing and otherwise look like they were done blindfolded. It is almost like he was trying to sabotage. It is already falling apart and it has been only a week and a half. Worst experience I have ever had. Small claims court seems likely.
