The only reason I gave them a 4 is because their communication skills could be better. They didn't show up when they said they would a couple times, and didn't call. I had to call them. They were always very nice, and they cleaned up well after themselves, so there are no complaints there. They were very reasonably priced

The company came out in November and gave us an estimate for tree trimming. We paid a deposit of $100.00 and were told they would be out in 2-3 weeks to do the job. No calls or contact from Superior since. I called their direct phone number as well as Home Advisor a month later. No answer from Superior direct line. Home Advisor said "sorry" and told me someone would contact me in 8-10 days. They finally appeared 1 month later. Did a good job. But I didn't appreciate the lack of communication prior to their arrival.

Gave 50 percent deposit on October 23rd and estimated work to be completed in two weeks. It is November 22nd and I am still waiting for work to be completed.
