We hired this company for both interior and exterior painting of a new construction. Interior job is almost done except the trim work. Finishing up on the exterior. So far , Ted is doing a great job. His extensive experience, pride and care he shows, along with his enthusiasm, is greatly appreciated. the overall cost is competitive. Highly recommended.

Ted did an outstanding job and asked if there was anything else we might need to finish the job. Thank you Superior Wall Finishes, LLC. We had noticed on the website that they clean roofs and he thought he could do it for about 100 dollars in the fall and add the moss out. (Our cabin roof is not very big.) We thought this sounded reasonable. Again very satisfied with their services.

Ryan Smith is great to work with. He will take the time to explain any aspect of the project and is dedicated to high quality workmanship. Ryan color match all the vents to the metal roof, he bends each end to cover the notch at the end of each panel and he never gives up until the project is right. Superior Wall Finishes did a wonderful job on replacing a roof on my garden shed. Ryan gave me a complete estimate of the job and even cleaned my gutters and replaces a roof on a small well house at no charge. His workers were respectful and polite. I believe that the cost for the job was appropriate for the job I need done. I would definitely recommend Superior Wall Finishes to my friends and family and have them back to my home if I need any additional work done at my home.

Absolutely NO prep work...the painter was UNFRIENDLY and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for white baseboard and eggshell colored walls to offer a contrast between the baseboard and walls and got bright white everything. He insisted the eggshell was a pigment they added to the paint and showed me on the label where it said "eggshell". That was the sheen NOT the color, which I confirmed with Sherwin Williams. I asked for wooden window frames to be painted and they only painted the exterior window frames, not the interior window frames. I had to remind him he was to paint the cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom walls and show him the quote which concluded that I was accurate. I asked him to paint the bathroom a different color as we had to repaint the interior of the house to be another color. I didn't want him in my house any longer than necessary but I needed the job finished for renters to move in. I bought the paint for the bathroom and he painted the ENTIRE BATHROOM one color, including ceiling, brown. Why would he paint the ceiling BROWN? Every other ceiling was painted white? When I pulled up the RAM BOARD in the living room there was paint on my brand new freshly refinished 70 year old wood floors. There was also paint on my freshly installed kitchen vinyl plank flooring. I called the owner and he was just as short with me and protected his painter and only offered me a $580 refund - for what? I have no idea... personally he should have offered me an apology and a full refund. I also asked him to paint the area underneath the cabinets which he DIDN'T do. He also didn't shave the sides of the doors down, which I had asked him to do, so the doors wouldn't stick... My husband ended up having to do that. I have pictures of EVERYTHING! This company is a disaster! I would never hire them again!

When we received your phone call you stated you have evidence showing the many aspects you were displeased with. As of today?s date, March 7, 2018, the photos you spoke of have yet to arrive. There was a lengthy conversation regarding the ?egg shell? color you requested for your project. Per your request your instructions were followed. When you saw the finished product you called immediately. We did offer alternatives but you decided against them. All work completed was according to your approved, signed contract including your choice of color and the application there of. We are sorry you did not follow through, by sending the pictures you spoke of. Thank you for voicing your concern."

We initially hired the company to fix our roof vents. The project supervisor thoroughly explained all the repair work listed in the cost estimate and why the work is necessary. Since they performed all the listed work thoroughly and professionally, we also asked for an estimate to clean the roof, gutters, and sun room roof. They also performed all the work listed in the second estimate thoroughly and professionally. The works completed were beyond our expectation and it reflects the professionalism and work ethics of the two persons who did the job.

I had one issue with two skylights leaking. Not the first time there has been a repair needed. Rick came out and also determined two additional issues with the roof. He did not ask for prepay deposit, just scheduled a return visit (when not windy or rainy) and fixed it pronto. I will call them first when we ever need them again.

These guys are good! Our old roof was sagging and had a few leaks over the winter. We decided to get the whole roof replaced and these guys did a great job. They replaced several areas of old plywood, reinforced some the trusses and put a beautiful new roof on. They even fixed an area between the house and our covered deck that has leaked since we bought the house. NO leaks there anymore. Ryan and his crew were fantastic and Ryan is very knowledgeable and did a great job. The roof looks great! There was good communication each step of the way and a very thorough cleanup. And they were the most reasonably priced roofing company by far. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ask for a repair - the leak seems to be corrected - time will tell. Arrived on time worked in the rain - seemed to know his stuff about roofing. My roof will need to be replaced with in the next 2 years - will ask them for an estimate on a replacement.
