I feel there were communication issues between the owner and the workers. While they did show up and remove my junk items, they came at almost 8 PM which was unexpected. I was told they were running late and asked if they could delay a day, then the workers came and had no idea I was not expecting them. Price was fair. Not sure I would use them again. Workers should have customers phone #'s which may have prevented these issues.
