Superior Water Restoration is an absolutely fantastic and top-notch company to deal with! We recently utilized this companyâ s services after encountering some extensive water damage to the basement of our house due to a burst water heater. Suffice it to say that they have an extremely knowledgeable and skilled team, from the demo group all the way to the reconstruction experts - Julio, Hamilton, Jared, Will, Marco, and Raul. Hamilton and Jared , the Project Managers, were outstanding in all aspects of their position - from providing guidance and advice, scheduling out the work, picking out materials, keeping us informed as the work progressed, and ensuring that their customers were happy and satisfied with the job. They were very attentive, open to suggestions and feedback, communicative, responsive and quick to resolve any issues that were encountered. Although some scheduling issues were indeed encountered mid-way through the job and work stalled for a little bit (as is often the case), the team finished strong in order to ensure that the schedule remained as intact as possible and no deliverables were missed. The primary contractor named Julio is an absolute master of his craft and was phenomenal in all areas of construction - from installing drywall, sanding, painting, building a bookcase and stairs, doing trim and finish work, and also just ensuring that everything was done properly and with a great level of attention to detail.. I highly recommend this company for your remodel and/or construction needs; give them a call - you wonâ t be sorry! ð

!!!WARNING!!! !!!DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT!!!! MY FAMILY WAS SWINDLED!!! MASSIVE FINANCIAL LOSS!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT USE: Superior Water Restoration - Dallin Denboer Our family home had the basement flooded. Dallin Denboer and his team came in and made a lot of promises, and we were taken advantage of! We lost tens of thousands of dollars! We were left with an unfinished clean-up job, and no plan or funding for a rebuild, as was promised. My family was up to its ankles in water, and Dallin Denboer came rushing in, without an estimate and told us he had lots of experience in handling homeowners insurance claims, and that he would take care of the paperwork. Dallin DID NOT check the terms of our insurance, nor did he give us ANY idea of a project estimate. He repeatedly said & do not worry, your insurance will cover this all as he ran up a bill of Later, when the insurance claim did not work out, his crew halted work IMMEDIATELY. We were left with two massive storage containers with all our things in them in our driveway, unfinished clean-up in our basement, and a demand to be paid. Dallin EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY to send my family a bill that INCLUDED our damaged things that were on a list to be part of an insurance claim...HE SENT US THE BILL HE INTENDED TO SEND TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY!!! My family paid him the small amount we received from the insurance policy and even added more, as a compromise, a very reasonable portion of his bill. He took the check, and for 6-8 months, it appeared to be settled. UNBELIEVABLY, Dallin Denboer contacted my family for MORE money and threatened to take us to court if we did pay up. INCOMPETENCY; DISHONESTY!!! MY FAMILY WAS MASSIVELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! !!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They are great company! They did excellent work and did it quickly!
