Great service. The installers were quick and efficient. The sales person explained everything and answered every question. Would recommend to anyone.

Eric was really great. He wanted to be sure everything was set after doing the carbon rebed. He felt the water wasnâ t soft enough when tested. He went back to loosen the salt several times and kept testing until it was right. He also suggested I call the company to make sure they wouldnâ t put more salt in right away. He cares.

Great service, walked in to their office at 8:00am on a Saturday and they had 4 people at front, a tech available and owner there as well! Where can you go to get this type of service ? And on a Saturday!!! Would never go anywhere else!!!!

If you only need soft water, Kinetico is the right choice. But if you need purification, it's the dead wrong choice. I have had a purification system for 9 years. Several service trips were made while under warranty; repairs would only last a couple of weeks and then we had nasty smelly water again. Same thing has continued since warranty expired, only now it costs a couple of hundred dollars every time they come out and it still only lasts a few days. There is a major defect with the Kinetico purification system and/or Superior's ability to do maintenance.

I ll have been using Superior water conditioning company for over two decades... They are the best in the business.

The technician did not know how to repair the water softener, only knew it was not operating

We have a home we purchased in 2000 which had a Kinetico water softener system in it that wasn't working when we moved in. We contacted Superior Water Conditioning and they sent Todd out to review the system and get it running properly. Best decision we made for the new home. Soft water means less toilet cleaning (woohoo!) and we also use less soap, shampoo, laundry and dish detergent, and everything rinses out beautifully. Todd has been with them for a long time and he's professional, courteous, and friendly. It was installed when the home was built in 1995 and it's still working great in 2020! Todd is awesome!
