Superior Water Softeners

The experience was exceptional. The owner does his own work, and he developed his own system which is far superior to the others on the market. He is not a high pressure salesman. He gives you the facts about the water content, how his system works to correct water problems with the hardness, etc. His main goal is to educate the customer and then let the customer make the decision about purchasing the product. He is not as expensive as some of the other companies, and the quality of the product does not suffer because that. He does a yearly maintenance and is available at any time for questions and troubleshooting. I have been very pleased with my water softener and customer service.

Superior Water was outstanding company to get water treatment products and services. The owner, Richard, was very knowledgeable, experienced, and has exceptional customer service skills. Moreover, he was not pushy and did not try pulling any â  Bait and Switchâ  or other typical sales tactics other companies I received estimates from tried. I moved into a new home and wanted to get a quality water softener because where I moved has extremely hard water; I also wanted a reverse osmosis installed because it is an awesome device and you NEVER need to buy water from a store again. I had 3 other estimates and each company offered what they felt I needed. I knew some was overkill or not the right system for my family. Moreover, each one of those companies wanted me to make a decision on the spot and were very pushy to get that decision. Giving an investment of this magnitude, I do not like to make rushed decisions. I like to weigh my options, talk with my wife, and evaluate everything. Superior Water did not try to rush me. He gave me a price which was very fair and gave me a few days to come to a decision. After deciding to go with Superior Water, scheduling, installation, and customer service was all top notch! Finally, if you decide to go with Superior Water, I highly recommend using their annual service checkups. Not only does it keep up your equipment warranty, but Superior Water offers other labor incentives because they are maintaining your system.

Richard is a true professional. He shows up when he says. He is punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable on water treatment.

Excellent customer service, Richard provided a prompt, tidy service. The cleaned the cabinets and left them better than they were, I would definitely recommend them.

His products are quality. I've known Richard for over 10 years. He is a no-pressure person, provides good rates, and is good at discovering the customer's needs. He checks in periodically to make sure everything is working properly. He is a nice, genuine person and I appreciate the way he does business.

Richard helped me design the best water softener for my full house application. He tested the water in my house and told me that initially I did not need a water softener due to the low level of hardness in my water supply. I however chose to eliminate the remaining water hardness level and dramatically reduce the level of chlorine in my water supply. The new water purification system Richard designed for me has been working perfectly. Thanks Richard.

Richard, the owner, provides an honest assessment of your soft water needs. He informed me that I had very low water hardness level (4 grains), & that it would not damage appliances etc... He almost talked me out of getting the softener. However, the wife didn't want spots; therefore he ensured we got the correct softener for the job.

Richard came out after hours and met with my husband and I. He was very informative, with zero sales pitch, and seemed truly concerned with educating us about water systems. It was clear right off the bat that he was an expert and he loves his job. He wanted to make sure we got only what we needed. Ultimately, we decided to go with the entire water treatment system rather than a single water softener. He was able to accommodate our quick timeline (2 days from meeting to install) and was very gracious and professional. We couldn't be happier with both the service and the system. I'm so grateful we found him, and we will definitely recommend him to others.

Owner Richard Garcia came out personally and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to be "on call" for questions to a first time owner of a water softener was a big help.

The owner came out to our home on the morning I called him. He was very knowledgeable and he did not apply any sales pressure whatever. He made a minor repair to the brine tank that got the system up and running again. He assured us that we have a good system and explained how he would help us take care of it. I recommend you use a specialist for water systems instead of a plumber. This company is the one we will stick with.

Richard obviously has customer satisfaction as his top priority. He carefully explained my options and patiently answered any questions that I had. I ended up purchasing a higher quality softener from him and expect to be satisfied with my purchase in the years to come.

While looking on line for a water softener I came across Home Advisor and used it and within minutes I received a call From Richard Garcia and before we set up an appointment he educated me on his business and how he works. I was impressed mainly on the five star rating he was getting from the people he had installed water softeners for. Richard was very respectable and knowledgeable about his business and was not pushy to sell us something he even tested our water and said we probably really didn't a softener but we were sold. Long story short we scheduled an install for the water softener and reverse osmosis under our kitchen sink and it was completed in about two hrs. Richard gave us a good price which he shared before the work was performed. My wife did not care for the faucet that came with the RO unit so we sent Richard pictures of it and he is going to get with his vender to find what she likes. How is that for quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend Richard Garcia to anyone looking for a softener. for there home Thanks Richard for being honest and doing a professional job. Update, I'm sorry I am late on this review but just wanted to mention that Richard did not forget about us and our RO faucet. He came through with the perfect color my wife wanted and installed it. Mr. Richard Garcia is first rate! He is personable, knowledgeable, articulate and honest. Yes, I understand there was a short interaction time , but you learn to trust your instincts as to the character of a person. I believe Mr. Garcia will stand behind his product and all that he does. He never put on a hustle for upgrades , add-ons , etc. You won't go wrong with Superior Water Softeners.

I failed to install my replacement water softener properly. Mr. Garcia discovered the problem after inspecting my pipe system in the attic, and re-installed the softener properly I had mistaken the softener drain connection for a water supply connection to the refrigerator. I had failed to take a picture of the old softener connections before removing the old lines and hoses. His work is much appreciated.
