Having found gross calcium contamination in mixing valves as well as sand and tiny gravel pieces in our city water, we went looking for a solution. Jim and Ralph presented the best combination of particulate filter, chloromine removal and water softener. The installation was completed professionally and quickly. Although the overall cost was a bit higher than we had originally hoped, the system has performed as advertised. Very happy with the work.

The Customer Service was top notch! This company offered financing with no interest if paid off in a certain specified time frame. This was very helpful for us. My husband hasn't been drinking much water because it was awful tasting and had a bad odor. He is now running to the kitchen and drinking all day long. We see wonderful things happening since the system was installed. Our skin is so soft, hair very manageable, dishes are clean to include pots and pans, and our food taste very different. We are really pleased with this system so far. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to drink good water. We feel our health is going to improve over time. Thanks to Superior.

Superior Water Systems really helped me out. We purchased a house with a well and existing water system that we didn't know how it worked. Dave came the same day I looked them up on HomeAdvisor. He was very patient and explained everything about the system in our house. He examined the system and tested the water, cleaned everything up and added salt and chlorine as needed. He suggested some additional services we could get through them but I didn't feel pressured. He never pressured me to get rid of our existing system in favor of the systems that they instal. I signed up to have a technician inspect the system every 3 months and add consumables as needed. On top of the great service I would like to say that I also felt safe with Dave. My husband was on deployment and I had a new baby so having people come to the house I don't know can be intimidating. But Dave put me at ease and I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you Dave!

Project was looked at on a Sunday and installed on a Wednesday. Roger did a great job installing the new whole house filter.
