Dry wall was installed in my home. Horrible job. Ceiling has cracks in. There are multiple area that were not sanded correctly. Walls are uneven and wavy. The ceiling has several nail pops and every seam is visible. The corners were not done correctly so the dry wall is chipping in several places. There are several places that extra mud was used and not smoothed so the mud is visible. The drywall was also painted over without being properly primed causing a bubbling sensation to occur. The owner had no resolution to the situation when my wife reached out and said that it would need to be handled in court.

Dealing with superior solutions has been a complete nightmare. The project was rushed, money was mismanaged and we were left with a house that looks like a slumlord situation. Our bathroom and kitchen need ripped out due so many red flags that were pointed out by a home inspection company. That at minimum is going to cost 25k. When trying to come to a resolution with Nia the owner he offered 4-5k pretty much saying we needed to eat the rest of the cost. We had already paid for the work to be done by his company that cost us over 100k. Due to the faulty workmanship and negligence of his workers we will be handling this matter in court. The list of issues seems to be never ending. Carpet installed incorrectly, bad drywall the whole way through the house, all of the window frames are cracking, the laundry room shelves and cabinets literally fell off the wall, extensive plumbing issues and no one seems to have an answer and the plumber they used is no where to be found. The doors in the house are ill fitting, closets were cut wonky so doors could not even be placed. These closets had doors prior to the remodel. These are several of the issues but the list continues on.

This was my first time using this company, went online found them, took a limb and was very pleased with how nice, affordable and how fast their team could get my unfinished basement done!

I needed the moulding replaced around my bay window and finding a contractor willing to do what I wanted was proving to be impossible until I found Nia with Superior Solutions Construction Services. Nia listened to me explain what I wanted then came back with a reasonable price for my project. The original window install was done with aluminum and after several years it looked awful. Nia replaced the aluminum with a white vinyl never rot product that looks amazing. He did a beautiful job mitering the corners to picture frame my window and added a piece of moulding beneath the window to conceal the uneven bricks that added a very nice touch of elegance to finish a very well done job. Nia was polite and professional. He was careful to not damage my landscaping while he was working and cleaned up well when he was done. I am grateful to have found Nia and grateful that he did not feel that my project was too small to warrant his time. I will not hesitate to hire him for my other projects!
