The deck was built quickly and below the cost, we had expected. However, the guys showed up late more than once, and there were flaws with the work. We asked them to repair the mistakes, but they neglected to do so. They were also supposed to come back and finish the job but never did so. I was texting him for weeks but did not receive a reply. They were very professional upfront, but the follow-through just was not there.
