Deck or Porch - Repair

Very responsive in the beginning. Gave written bid for $450 to repair porch roof. Ended up having to replace whole roof. It was a good call. Said it would not go over $3500. Well guess what? It was exactly $3500. Promised a writen bid and photos & never delivered either. They never quite finished the job. Left demolition waste laying around. I'm not sure they did it right. Will have to see.

The Job I hired him to do was never finished. What he did do, I'll need to have redone. I gave him $900.00 for a second job, and haven't seem him, since. He took my money and walked away. I'm now preparing to take Marti to court. He won't respond to any texts or e-mails, or phone calls. For the job he actually did, my sisters children could have done better.

We hired Marti and prepaid 2 months ago $900 for a support beam that still hasn't been delivered or installed. After checking with several building suppliers in Omaha the longest it takes to deliver our "Custom Order Beam" should have been a maximum of 2 days. Initially, Marti said our "Custom Order" beam was to be delivered within 2 weeks. Still no beam and now no return phone calls either. We asked for our money back and Marti refused. Beamless, penniless, and very upset with the un-professionalism and misrepresentation by Superlative Home Improvements.

I hired Marti Sanchez 3 weeks ago to replace the stairs on my deck and quickly sent him a check for $300 to cover materials up front. My check was cashed but Marti has never shown up to complete the work, tried to reschedule the appointment, and is not returning phone calls.
