On time, knowledgeable, curtious. Excellent job. I didn't think that the stains in the carpet could be removed. In fact, we where considering replacing the carpet with a Pergo laminate.

This was the first to call, although I did talk to others before deciding. The cleaner came out on time and he worked for several on my carpets and rug. They looked almost new when he finished. They were very dirty as they had not been cleaned in some time, also a dog had thrown up all over my familyroom carpet.
