After repeatedly being burned by subcontractors for Costco and Home Depot, who would deliver appliances and then complain and refuse to install them because of silly little issues--"I can't fit this dishwasher under a counter!" "We can drill into tile!" (I am convinced this is a scam, since they get paid anyway)--Charles and his tech were a breath of fresh air. They picked up one of the appliances we purchased on line (we picked up the other one ourselves) and efficiently installed both the gas stove and dishwasher in less than two hours. They were professional, fast and friendly. These guys are now going to be my secret weapon. I'll definitley use them again!
