I contacted HomeAdvisors, Inc. who contracts with Superior Clean regarding this matter on October 12, 2016, and explained that the service was unsatisfactory. I advised client services at HomeAdvisors, Inc. of what had happened and they said that they just gave the referrals to three contractors and that was the extent of their services. They do not do know anything about the selection of the contractor and do not have a way to correct a problem (such as this) when it occurs. They also would not contact Superior Clean on my behalf. I'm basically on my own with the job still not complete

Mark was so friendly, communicative and professional...excellent customer service. My carpet looks brand new. I will be calling him back to clean the rest of my home in a few weeks...they gained a repeat customer and highly recommend him.

"The rep did what was right, your house was on the market and you tried to get him to do all extra repairs and pet treatment. He suggested that you replace the carpet he did not feel it was right that you tried to sale a home with a ruined carpet. He was kind enough to stretch 3 areas for free. We have photos of the carpet. He tried to refuse the job like every other company did but his a new tech and you were very push with him. Please contact us for any questions. The tech was there to only do the air ducts and vents you talked him into carpet repairs, carpet cleaning and stain removal. The tech was new and shouldve refused the job."

Mark was great. He was fast to get in touch and also made time in his schedule to clean the carpets in our 3 story house within 48 hours of our first contact. He also sent photos while he cleaned each room. When you're not home and there's a stranger in your house, it's nice to feel connected somehow. It was a nice touch. The only reason I took 1/2 a star away was because he wasn't able to clean under the couches because the bases were wood and he didn't have any blocks to put the couches on (the wood would have stained the wet carpet). He did offer to come back ANYTIME to clean under them, with no additional fee, of course. Overall, I'm very pleased.
