When contacted by his partner LaShone Ford. I ask about the licensing, insurance and bonding for staff. Two out of the 2 was true. Later I found out that it was not a staff but anyone they could find among family to help. I was there to supervise for 3wks and the work was fine. After no supervision I was lied to weekly about progress. We came in town only on the weekend. They are working on other jobs and only worked on our job on the weekend. Every weekend we are introduced to different people. The job went over by 3 weeks. The work was left incomplete. They left paint out with brushes, lost screws, paint everywhere, shelves out, broke items,and overall unqualified for the scope of the job. Mostly they did not know about different paint choices or the amount needed for a job. We had to pickup all supplies due to their lack of transportation. I have a receipt where items were bought and returned, yet they expected to be reimbursed. BUYERS BEWARE of staff for the job.

Ashley is very responsive to one s need and she was very professional throughout the entire job. Would have given her a 5 star rating, but she only did not have her on garden tools.

I submitted my request and within minutes she responded. We set up service for the next day, early morning....she was there, with her assistant, on time and ready to work. I wanted a "move-out" clean and they did a beautiful job...so thorough and complete. Highly recommend this company!
