Michael was prompt to respond to my request for service and was available on a date that was convenient to me. He arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly, and was pleasant & respectful. We hired Michael to install a light fixture and check on an outlet that wasn’t working. I would recommend him and would call him for future work.

Ceiling Fan - Install
Had to help the installer with the instal. He still charged me the full amount to install the fan. Once the fan was installed he said that I Had a problem with the fan. The installer said he would come back out to finish the project once I had a new fan. I exchanged the fan and called him to come back to do the project. Constantly was given excuse after excuse to why he couldn?t come back out at the agreed upon time. Would never recommend this company.

Showed up on time and did the work at the price quoted in advance. It would have been nice to get a confirmation call the day prior or even the morning of the work that he was going to be there. But, I suppose that if you know Michael then you'd know that he's reliable and prompt. He accepted a credit card payment and provided both printed and electronic (at my request) receipt. The job was comparably priced with other high-end electrical services in the area. But there are less expensive alternative services. That said, he was willing to accommodate my schedule requiring week-end services and accepted credit card payment.

I called Michael late on a Sunday evening due to a power outage. He responded that night, as well as first thing the next morning. He prioritized my need, as I was without power in 80% of my condo. He needed to replace the outside meter box. He overnight ordered the parts and replaced the box the next day. He communicated every step along the way, he gave an estimate which he held to, and completed the job in a timely manner, given the emergency. Thank you Michael! I would certainly call him again and recommend him to others, as I did with my neighbors in the condo.

Would definitely recommend Supreme Electric. Michael called to confirm the appt and work to be done - gave an estimate which he followed through with. No surprises. He showed up on time, was professional, communicated throughout the process, and even cleaned up after the plumber working along side him! It was a pleasure to have him do work in our home. We would definitely recommend him.

Nice guy, friendly, but high price, quoted without seeing job. Cancelled 1st day claiming parts back-ordered, had enough for a day's work, was start of holiday weekend. Ran into problem 1st day so only worked 3 hours claimed needed to order additional parts to insure they were available to finish job 2nd day. Completed job 2nd day in 4 hours. Less than 7 hours total, work cost $2250. Converted outlets from 2 prong to 3 DID NOT add ground to box. Took easy way out in everything he did. Used power driver for everything and stripped box threads, replaced machine screws with sheetrock screws. Can't understand 5 star rating on Home Adviser.
