Arrived promptly . Ramiro always responded to my calls and texts despite being busy with other jobs. They worked efficiently and did a good job. I will use them Again . Tammy M.

Romiro was very polite and professional. I needed my carpet installed quickly and he accommodated my needs into his schedule. Very well done too at a decent price.

This company has poor customer service. They are extremely hard to get a hold of after the first estimate and the deposit is paid. They do not communicate their arrival time and it makes you feel very uneasy. The work quoted was not the work completed. They were supposed to remove all the old flooring and level the floor and then replace it with new carpet and flooring. On the first day, the carpet was installed and the floor was not removed, causing us to not be able to use our closet door. It also has a noticeable difference in height from the kitchen flooring to the carpet. One the second day( had we not been on top of them about removing the floor) it would not have been done. They also did not come with the materials they needed and had to leave for almost 3 hours to get them. They did not level the floor and it visibly moves when you walk on it. We asked the owner Ramiro and he said it would be okay. Only time will tell. They only replaced some of the baseboards; leaving the old ones around the stove and fridge. They were very reluctant to take the old flooring with them. They also left garbage in my house and cigarette butts all over my driveway. They helped themselves to chocolate bars that were not offered. They also did not mention they would be cutting the floor inside and everything was left with a thick layer of dust. I would not recommend you work with them. As an update; the owner of the company Ramiro continuously calls my phone number. He leaves threatening messages about his "disappointment level" in my review. My husband called him back to ask him to stop calling us. Ramiro was very abusive with him on the phone. He told us that he can call Home Advisor and have them remove the review. He then hung up on him. I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this company. You do not need the hassle; should you tell the truth in a review. A week after the job is completed and our baseboards are starting to pull away and we have things ( we have no idea what they are) stuck under the carpet of the stairs. It feels very uncomfortable when you step on them. Our flooring is moving more and creaking noises are starting.

Ramairo, who I bought the carpeting from was very pleasant ... he knew just what he was doing when he took the measurements of the house and did so quick. Showed me all the samples for what I was looking for and answered all my questions.

Ramiro and his team were professional and did a great job with the carpet installation at an affordable price. Will highly recommend Supreme Flooring.

I did not have carpet installed. They recommend stretching my carpet. Saved me a lot of money and the did it right then. AMAZING!!

Ramiro was absolutely awesome to work with! He was prompt in meeting with us, gave us a very fair price, fast delivery and beautiful carpeting! The installers were meticulous in their work. Not one single mark on the walls and clean up was spotless. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Ramiro and Supreme Flooring!

Ramiro and his crew arrived on time, they did a great job and were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed. Ramiro quoted the job and then asked for more money once on site. Still has not completed the job and will not return to finish. Have scheduled with him four or five times and each time he either cancels the day of or is a flat out no show. We have confirmed the appointment with him the night before, and he still does not show. Most recently he will not even return texts or calls. Additionally, he refuses to provide a receipt for the work he did complete. Would not recommend.

Great deal and quality install. My newly painted trim and walls did get scratched and marked up more than expected.

They were very honest, showed up on time, completed the job on time, cleaned up when finished, and reasonably priced. Our experience was excellent.

Ramiro was very responsive from the quoting thru installation process. His pricing was very competitive and the quality of the carpet and pad is awesome. Ramiro and his team arrived at 10 am and diligently worked thru to 5 pm. They were courteous, friendly, hard working and did a great job with the install and cleanup. We would not hesitate to recommend them!

Great work and attention to detail wish i would have found him sooner.
