Supreme Garage Door Repair

The way be the door was installed I questioned completely. The arm that pulls the door up wasn't even centered. It was installed to the far left of center. I was assured that it would be ok. 1 week later the right side came off the hinges & bent up this new $1600 door. Covered by warranty right? When the salesman came to look at it all he blamed it all on the door being locked. I never lock the garage door because it can't be raised at all when it's plugged in. So he claimed it was negligence on my part. Wanted 400 to repair it. After a heated discussion I paid $250 for the repairs. There is no doubt in my mind he locked them claimed someone had to of locked the door this no warranty. What sucks is that I live alone I'm 64 & disabled. I know for a fact I didn't lock it & between the install & the day he came out to check it? Only one other person was in my garage other than me..........yep him the guy that sold me this bill of goods. Since then twice I've had to call someone to come out & repair something on this garage door. NO I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS ESPECIALLY THE SALES REP. Sorry Angi but it's the truth.

They showed up at the wrong time to do the estimate and work.

The work was fine. My issue with them is they never communicated a service fee when they called to set up a technician to come. Other companies mentioned it over the phone prior to scheduling. Basically, it felt like I was strong-armed into choosing them. Would not recommend because of that and they kept trying to upsell me.

The tech was not very knowledgeable, did not understand the depth of the repair I was requesting. He moved a bracket and charged 100 dollars. The original repair request was not completed and when I called him on it he argued with me and an argument ensued. Stay away from the company.
