Supreme Pools Plus

They did not finish the job so I need them to finish the job or to give me my money back.

This has turned into a disaster. My pool pump has been replaced 4 times in 17 yrs and it has always been a 2-4 hour job. Jodie Ferrell, owner of this biz, has been at it for over two weeks now and it has been a Keystone Cop operation...WHEN she shows up. She does not respond to phone calls or texts. The pump motor they installed puts out 8 psi instead of the required 20 psi. Because of this, the Polaris pool sweeper is not working now. At one point, she had to have one of Leslie Pools servicemen come out and fix what she could not do. This has been a total mess! I have finally told her to come get the pump, call it a day, and let me call someone else; this hit and miss, the guesswork, and the incompetence has gone on long enough. I hate writing a report like this and I would much rather see someone succeed than fail - but she is way in over her head. I have spoken to her at least 4-5 times about communicating with customers when she is going to be late or cannot make the appointment, and she apparently either does not get it...or simply just does not care. She has no-showed twice and has been 1-2 hours late EVERY time. She was going to come get the pump two days ago and has never shown up or contacted me. I would NEVER recommend using Supreme Pools Plus!

Want to write a very honest review. We recently moved into our home and I was connected with Jodie (Supreme Pools) through Angie's List. Jodie was very helpful with an urgent situation that I had come about especially considering that I had no knowledge of maintaining swimming pools. Due to the assistance with that issue, I agreed to continue using Jodie to maintain the pool and she showed up regularly and always had a positive attitude and was informative. As we are now coming to a close of the swimming season, I'm in need of the final service an need the pool covered and due to the relationship that had been built agreed to pay Jodie for the service in advance which was around $400. She explained there was a product that she would put in the pool that would keep the pool in good shape until we uncover it again. Jodie did not come out to complete the service after taking payment, so after about two weeks I called and she said that she probably had the product somewhere sitting around and advised that she would be out the next day. It rained the next day, so I did not expect her to come, but we're now almost another two weeks out and her phone is going straight to voicemail and she has not been back out. I've been more then gracious and will be more then happy to remove this review if the service were completed, but I'm disappointed to say the least and would not recommend anyone to use the service as this isn't how business is done.

They were ok to start with, I payed them more than half of the payment and I have got the recite. They came to my back yard without my permission, and I have two dogs, If something would have happened that would be on them, because they did not tell me they were coming. I knew they come because of the cameras, not because of them. And now they are not answering my phone calls nor my messages.

Jodie was very personable and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and patient as I had a few questions. Overall great service provide by great personnel.

I was told that job will be done on 5 days and is a month now and the is incomplete, there was inappropriate communication from her end, the job is being paid and she said that she was doing to me a favor.

Jodie is great! Looked at my pool and narrowed down the issue! She was a joy to have in my backyard!

This is busy season but they were very prompt and did good Job!

Jodie and her team are amazing! There arenâ t many people who work with above-ground pools, so we were relieved to find Supreme Pools Plus. Theyâ re honest, friendly, and professional. They even helped me replace a pump hose and timer. Itâ s been a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!

Jodie was very professional and engaging. She explained technical pool chemistry to me to my understanding. I had a pool that I could not get to become clear and in less that 12 hours my pool s chemicals were balanced again. I highly recommend Jodie. Within my request she call in about 20 minutes. Also, she had competitive prices.
