Do not believe the 4th. rating.The estimate was $9,500. The total was $17,000. They say I was not specific enough. They got upset with me because they had to return to try to complete the job properly. I am a 51 year old girl from the mortgage industry and I could have done a better job than they did. I did not sign the completion document because they did not complete the job properly. The management team came to my house and got upset with us because they did a bad job and I wanted it fixed.

Supreme remodeling is the best!!! After interviewing several companies and finding Supreme Remodeling our much anticipated plan came to fruition. Micky has been great. He helped with the anxiety that comes with change. He had all the right people from- his demolition crew, electrician, plumbing, flooring, cleaning, tile and painters. Remodel a Kitchen We would recommend Supreme Remodeling Inc. to our own children let alone to anyone else who is looking for a contractor. The entire organization is 1st class. We worked directly with Micky. He is absolutely top notch. This was the first remodeling project we ever did and Micky guided us every step of the way - from design to selection of materials to outside suppliers when needed. Micky was just amazing - very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always available and responsive. The project was completed on time (even a bit early). Micky was competitively priced and promised to surprises or hidden costs and lived up to his word. Everyone he sent to do work in our home was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful as well as great workers (this includes the office staff). We could not be happier with the finished product as well as the process from start to finish. we look forward to working with Micky and Supreme again. Ed and Eileen E UPGRADE: About a year ago Micky and Supreme Remodeling did an excellent job of my kitchen remodel. This year they recently completed a master bedroom and bathroom remodel. We selected Supreme again and could not be happier. Micky and his entire team were again OUTSTANDING. Timely, professional, great craftsmanship, customer oriented, service exceeded our already high expectations. This company knows how to get it done AND treat the customer. As on the first project we did with him, Micky not only acted as the general contractor, but also as the design consultant, supplier consultant etc. It was one phone call for anything we needed or to answer any question. We recently had an issue with an appliance from our first project which was completed over a year ago. This was not a contractor issue but we were having a problem with the supplier so we called Micky. Without missing a beat Micky made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. He stepped up to the plate when he really did not have to. We cannot say how much we have enjoyed working with Micky on both projects. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Micky and his entire organization just go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things are done correctly and to the customer s satisfaction. If you are thinking of using Supreme Remodeling Inc. go ahead and do it. You will not be sorry. We are planning a third project in the near future and we will not even get other bids (but do not tell Micky). When we are ready Supreme Remodeling Inc will be the only company we consider. That is how much trust we have in them.

Simon, the Project Manager is Superb! He thoroughly explained the work to be completed, installed all selected finishes, provided excellent recommendations, was flexible with meeting times and was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Additionally, his team was professional and experienced; they did an awesome job with clean-up afterward. I truly appreciated working with Simon and will definitely hire Supreme Remodeling again, only with Simon managing the project!

Project was to replace 9 windows, 4 sliding doors, remove wood shingles and replace them with stucco, paint exterior and interior, redo one shower, and we added new front steps to project. they were not the least expensive but they were willing to make certain allowances that made budgetary sense to us. and we had our project out for bids from 5 different companies, decided to go with Supreme mainly due to Simon's demeanor and willingness to work with us both on the scope and the price of the work Simon and Eddie -- were extremely helpful, easy to work with and when we had issues with quality of the work they addressed it directly and expeditiously. Lio is a man of many talents. Wilson is awesome, he spent the most time at our job, did everything professionally and meticulously. we had some quality issues with the new front steps at the house, and George was brought in to fix the issue and our front steps came out better than expected and they look like they came out of Architectural Digest. Juan's tile work in our new shower was phenomenal. the person who helped with permits and measurements of our windows and sliding door whose name escapes me had to make several trips as county wanted more info and he diligently got all info. the folks who installed the windows and doors did an awesome job, Overall very happy with the work. It was not all rosy and good, but the character and value of a company is how they handle issues and adversity and Supreme did it wonderfully. we will be looking to using Supreme on our next phase of our home improvement.

Rommie was a nice person, tried to satisfy customer. Workmanship was poor by some of the workers. They seemed like they were in a rush.

Great company, great workers, and great supervision!

They did what they said when they said would be done. That's not usual for contractors and would recommend them. My friends and family have also used them as well.

I was comfortable with the work crew in my home while I was at work. They performed quality work and I had great communication with the owner!

It was a pleasure working with Supreme Remodeling. I had a driveway demolished, and completely redone. Supreme worked directly with the city to pull permits, and with the city inspectors to ensure that inspection passed quickly. The work was done on time, and on budget. There were zero headaches. They were a little pricier than other estimates, but in fact you get what you pay for and the money spent was well spent with them. Highly recommended.

My friend recommend me this company for general home construction.Their customer service is great and informed me about anything important.Of course I was checking other companies and Supreme Remodeling gave me best offer.We agreed about price 75,000$ which is more than acceptable for this type of job. The contractors Micky and Patrick were avesome,very friendly and helpful,always avalliable and responsive to my calls and emails.The work was completed on time and price was like we agreed,no hidden costs. I highly recommend Supreme Remodeling Inc to anybody who need to do any remodeling or construction to their home.

I decided to have my kitchen remodeled with Jacob because he was the most honest person I had talked with and I did check several companies prior to meeting with him. After the remodel, I decided to have my bathroom remodeled as well because of the outstanding work Jacob did with my kitchen. He helped me with the design and the selection of which materials I should use. Jacob was always available whenever I needed to ask a question or needed advisement. He was on the job consistently to see that all the work was being done properly. If I decide to have any other work done on my home, he will be the person I chose. I have already referred him to several of my friends and family. Thank you Jacob for such a GREAT job!!!

Simon and his team did an exceptional job remodeling my home & kitchen. His workers were very diligent and prompt in responding to workload and it was obvious that they take pride in what they do. Simon was remarkable in coordinating the entire project and displayed great communication and poise in meeting deadlines and went above & beyond to deliver what we envisioned. A million thanks, I would recommend to friends & family and definitely hire again!

Pretty much satisfied overall of the work that was completed! Everything looks great! Workers showed up on time, just about every day and the projects were completed on time.

Poor customer service, never call you back, not started the project, just did the blue prints, dishonest.

Update, I was able to get my project complete thanks to Ben who did a great job. Also thanks to Antonio and Sheri.

What I liked best was their responsiveness to your needs. They always retuned my call immediately and corrected any problem.

The project went well. From the first visit where Elan had a vision to open up the kitchen to the living room, to the last details he put us first. We loved his ideas and went forward. All the crew were polite and professional. I spoke with Kerry in the office and few times and she was always concerned as to our satisfaction with everything we discussed. Elan is very much the perfectionist and wanted all levels of the process to go smoothly and to our expectations. He showed up regularly and kept in touch via phone and texts as well. He is easy to work with. My husband and I grew to really love Elan. His thoughtfulness and care of our needs really shined. We recommend Elan and Supreme Remodeling for your next project. They're the best!!

This is just the first part of my story about Supreme Remodeling Incorporated in Van Nuys. This is about the window replacement. From the first moment we met Issac and Ilan, sales people from Supreme Remolding, Inc. they were very high pressure. They proposed a plan where they would remodel our bathroom at no charge if we bought other energy efficient upgrades that could be billed under some a state program where we would get a low interest rate because it was all energy efficient remodeling. We agreed with their offer. Doing the paperwork on the loan was a nightmare. We signed documents on line, and in person and then then wanted them notarized. They could not figure out how to get the correct paperwork signed in the proper way. Once they started Construction everything went wrong. They told us more than three times that we were getting Milgard windows. Then they installed some other brand of window called Value Windows, they were not Milgard windows. When I confronted them on that subject they said these were better windows and gave a higher give a higher rating than the Milgard windows and that Milgard did not make windows that had the correct size egress to meet the standards of the City of Anaheim. As far as Value Windows having a higher rating we could never verify that. The only websites we could find for that company or advertisements for that company were by Value Windows. Afterwards, we found more than 10 installers of Milgard windows for the city of Anaheim. Makes me think they do make window that meet the City of Anahiems egress standard. After the windows were done there was debris left under all of the windows and around the house that they didnt clean up. I kept bring this up over the next few weeks and the debris was never cleaned up despite being told it would be. In two of the room we had shutters on the windows. They removed the shutters and it left the area under where the shutters mounted to the wall exposed, rough and unpainted. I was repeatedly told they would paint the walls around the windows. I even set out the paint that matched the walls for them to use. It wasnt until I refused to sign off that the project was done so they would get paid for the job, that the CEO of Supreme, Mickie got involved and got someone to paint the walls. But despite the correct color set out for them , they found a can of a similar color in my garage, but not the correct color and painted around the windows. They did not prep the walls in any way just put some paint on it and it was very poorly painted. Mikey and Issac promised me that if I signed off on completion of the project so they could get paid that they would get everything cleaned up and fixed by the end of the week. That did not occur. They did not clean up any of the debris or fix the painting around the widow.

Everyone in the company, from the office people to Isaac to the cabinet people Eric and Eli and the crew were all amazing. They came out when we chose them and did what they said they were going to do and got it done! The crew cleaned up, every night before going home. I have had bigger construction done before and nothing has ever gone as smooth and with little issues to be addressed, as this did. I have already referred them out to friends and I would definitely use them again. They will always be my go to now, for anything I may need done.

We researched and received bids from several other companies and chose Supreme Remodeling. The Project Manager, Isaac Sade, came to our home with a computer and translated what we envisioned to a 3D image. He was very helpful with suggestions when our limited experience with this sort of thing made it hard to express what we wanted. What truly impresses us is that Isaac is here with us almost every day. He never appears rushed and is very patient with our endless questions. Isaac is directing a team of very capable professionals. They show up every day at 8am and begin working immediately. We are mid-project and Isaac has kept things going well ahead of schedule and running smoothly, while also making sure that all the details receive attention. Each day, before he leaves, he asks if there is anything he can do for us. One of those days he settled an argument between me and my laptop by untangling part of the system for me. Now I call that added value over and above what I would usually expect.
