Supreme Service Today

Ramon and his assistant were efficient and fully explained the problem and how to fix it. They were pleasant and polite.

I had an event and I needed a hanging light fixture changed from the high ceiling in my foyer. I reached out to Supreme to schedule quote and service. I was told they could give quote and service day of. I was told they could do the quote and service the same day because the electrician would have all the tools on the truck. On the day of the appointment, I was told arrival would be between 8-12. Then I was told he would arrive at 11am. He arrived late at 12:30, had no tools, and said he was here to give a quote only. I explicitly stated I was having an event and needed the work completed. I sat around the house all morning, and bypassed other electricians only to have Supreme not ready to do the work. This is the worst experience I have had utilizing Angi and Supreme customer service is the worst.

Determined the system was working properly. Shutdown was due to BGE PeakRewards cycling system. However the company has set me up for same day service if the problem reoccurs. Highly recommend the company!

Simple project to install a bidet attachment on an existing toilet. I will find out more about it once my fiance arrives at the end of September.

We met with a few HVAC installers and Supreme Air quoted the lowest prices and gave us 3 options to choose from. No games, no pressure tactics, and no unexpected charges. They were very prompt, professional, and did a great job.

Horrible. Paid for annual maintenance contract on four units. Called when one unit wasn’t working and never heard back from them. After many attempts finally talked to office worker and scheduled appointment. I called the morning of the scheduled service to confirm timeframe and was assured they would show. When it was time for them to arrive received a call they had to reschedule. Very rude office support that could care less. Asked several times for the owner to contact me and still has not. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I also needed a chimney and they coordinated with the chimney company which made this easier for us.

Job was done at beginning of COVID pandemic. They followed all safety measures. Crew was on time and thorough.

Paul was our plumber - very nice, professional and great conversationalist. He diagnosed the source of our stoppage, and was correct. Did the service in an hour, clearly told us the cost upfront, and then did the work to our -- and his -- satisfaction. Called when he left the shop, arrived exactly when he predicted, and got right to it. Very satisfied to have Supreme out again - I could not remember when they were here before, which Paul said was a good sign. Great service.

Supreme was polite, professional, and timely. They serviced the system and explained what items require repairs for long-term efficiency. I was very pleased and contacted them again for another system's servicing.

Excellent service and quality of work

I originally called about a garbage disposal leak and the problem was misdiagnosed. When Supreme was made aware, they apologized and refunded me what I had paid for the service call.

I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday. It was hard to find a plumber open on Saturday, but they were and responded promptly to the message I left with their answering service. The plumber arrived within the estimated window. He assessed the situation and gave me a couple of options and prices to consider. Ultimately, it was a very quick fix. My only complaint was the price. It was around $250 for about 10 minutes worth of work which seems high to me. But, if you need a plumber in a pinch I can certainly say they are reliable.

Great service and great price!

Overall the Job went well, except for trench line was not probably refilled with dirt and now there is about 2ft decline where the trench line was dug. The company never reached back out to see if we were satisfied with their work or check the trenchline decline.

Excellent and professional service. Installers run into an issue post install, but a service tech was sent first thing following morning. Issue rectified!
