Supreme Termite Pest Control

I am still seeing some bugs. I'm giving it another week and I will have to have a second coat.

Supreme Pest Control is the only company I have dealt with that has successfully gotten rid of bed bugs. I have dealt with many.

After getting an inspection done from a top leading termite exterminator on a Friday 4:00pm, In which I was not very happy with the inspector the Company sent. I turn to home advisor and filled out a few simple questions and sent in my request. It felt like there was a time clock counting down 54321 and Wala my phone started to ring and it was supreme termite pest control asking what was the issue and when I’d like for them to come and take a look at it. We then decided Saturday at 1 PM. Showed up on time took and looked at the room and gave me a reasonable estimate to begin treatment for that following Tuesday . They came on time the two gentlemen and explained the whole process and did clean up after themselves , They were very polite and yes I would recommend them....

took care of wood boring Bees. filled the hole with foam. Left foam residual all over and did not clean up. did get the job done

They were very nice and informative when they came to the house. Great to work with.

Not communicative...won't schedule follow-up...schedule changes a lot and aren't reliable about setting a scheduled service date and time. But, the company's product is effective.

They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They were on time and cleaned their work areas when work was completed. Very efficient.

I had a hornets nest removed from the outside of a window of my home. The service was performed within 24 hours of my inquiry on your site. I would definitely recommend this company. The man who did the work was informative, thorough and gentlemanly and the cost was very reasonable.

I should have gotten more estimates. They were about twice what I expected to pay for an exterior-only treatment. $348 for 35 minutes of work is exorbitant!

I can't say enough how Happy we are with this company! They were on time, worked hard non stop, wonderful job cleaning up afterwards, and just all and all Great Service. They answered all my questions, help calm my fears, and I could see how what they were doing covered all the areas needed. I feel very good about the treatment they used, and they let us know they are still there if for some reason still needed, and would follow up with us . I've asked several times for an invoice and to date have not received on. I've called and texted several time requesting. Time to doing service was great. Providing an invoice not so much.. wgk

These guys are top-notch. They came to look at my problem cited different options, then followed through with the treatment. They were very thorough. Time will tell if the total problem has been eradicated but from my point of view, they did an excellent job.

Since last Summer my husband and I have been dealing with a bad carpenter bee problem. The company that we had was clearly coming out to spray something that just wasn't working. I started researching heavily other companies and upon getting on Home Advisor, Supreme Termite came up and within 15 minutes I received a call from Rich. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had in dealing with a person and or company. I wish I had this experience more often! He was the only person to ever EDUCATE us on the actual problem and how carpenter bees drill. He was upfront from the beginning on price and he immediately put me at ease and I knew he was the right person to go with. He communicated with me and called me just like he said he would and each time we were on the phone, I just felt more and more educated and at ease with the game plan we had to take care of the bees. Rich and his crew came out yesterday, he followed up with a phone call to me that evening and although carpenter bees will always be around a log home, he went above and beyond to take an infestation down to a minimal number of bees of flying around. They worked incredibly hard not only on spraying the house with the right kind of spray, but filling holes in our logs. Rich—keep doing what you're doing. You made a stressful and aggravating problem a lot less stressful and now manageable. Thank you for communicating and doing exactly what you said you would do at a reasonable cost. For whatever reason, that's hard to find these days in other companies. Other contractors/companies need to take a lesson off you on how to treat and serve! THANK YOU!

I was frantic when I saw a swarm of bugs on my enclosed back porch. I checked with Home advisor, and decided on Supreme Pest Control. Rich responded quickly after my call to the company, and came to my house the next day to do an inspection. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. We set up the treatment service for the end of the week, which I was relieved. Rich, Rick and Brian did a fantastic job - very competent. The treatment was pet-friendly to boot. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They were quick to schedule, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I was out of town and Rich worked with my dad to determine the level of seriousness of my mice issue. My dad liked his work and was very satisfied. My dad stated he would higher him again. I loved to here that news while being out of town.

Rich returned my call very promptly and was easy to work with, got a free consultation and estimate the next day. He explained the termite control treatment and the cost was very reasonable (even for a ranch-style house). The workers were friendly, thorough and professional. All around, a very pleasant experience (despite the creepy crawlies that like to eat houses).

Rich was very prompt to respond, and was able to meet our needs in just 2 days, even though this is a very busy season!
