Tahn is the best! He takes care of all my heating and cooling needs and I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, smart, competent and friendly. He knows what he’s doing; he’s a problem solver. Few things are black and white. You have to have someone with good critical thinking skills, and that’s Tahn. Highly recommended!!

We upgraded our 1920s-era heating system to a modern furnace - plus added a brand new central A/C unit. Tahn was absolutely awesome - this was a complicated project, with lots of upgrades needed throughout the system. Plus, we wanted to move some of the ductwork to gain more headroom in our basement. Tahn walked us through our options patiently and thoroughly, and helped us split up the work we wanted to do into phases that made sense. At the end of the process, we have a brand new furnace, brand new A/C (amazing upgrade), and everything went off without a hitch. Can't recommend highly enough!

Tahn is simply amazing. He's super knowledgeable, fair, honest, and an incredibly nice guy. I wish all contractors were like him. He came highly recommended from our real estate agent, and I do not have enough nice things to say about him. After another HVAC company told us we need a complete furnace replacement, we called Tahn. After taking a look, he said a full replacement was totally unnecessary and recommended replacing just the heat exchanger for a fraction of the cost. Sure enough, he took it apart and the old heat exchanger was cracked and eroded. He worked with our furnace company directly to secure the new part for free since it was still under warranty - something another company would have skipped and just charged us for a new part. Tahn really went above and beyond, and came back to fix our AC unit, and a take a look at couple of safety switches that kept tripping - all free of charge. He's a total pro. He will always be my first call with any sort of HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

Tahn Malone is prepared and conscientious when doing any job. My friend and contractor, Lisa, referred him when I needed an emergency furnace repair. When I decided to replace my 12 year old water heater, he was my only call. He went above and beyond to replace the water heater in my older home.

Tahn did an amazing job for us. He installed a new furnace and a/c unit. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the vents worked efficiently for each room and adjusted as needed. He is a great communicator and I would recommend Sure Fire for any HVAC needs you may have.

Tahn was amazing to work with! After inspecting for a quote he let me know my furnace was on its last leg (which is consistent with feedback from other inspections) and gave me the option to combine the services for a discount (rather than having to call him back out in a few months). I appreciated that he didn t try to force me into it but rather walked me through pros and cons and I ultimately decided to do both at the same time. I had another company come give me a bid that was at least $3k more. On top of that, he also worked to get me discounts on the materials/appliances which I really appreciated. Beyond price, he was overall really pleasant and a joy to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything and I m thrilled with my new AC and would absolutely recommend this company.
