This inspector, precisely Tyler. Did an Absolute great job as to uncovering the unexpected in the home we planned on purchasing. Perfomed his due diligence in getting the inspection finished within a day and provided me with absolutely all information on the property inside and out.

Tyler Paul of Sure Home Inspections is the go-to Inspector when buying a home. Tyler is knowledgeable on housing, fire, city and state codes. Tyler is methodical, diligent and thorough. Once we decided on a home and after much consideration, his background led us to hired Tyler. After the inspection we receive a detail report on problem areas that needed to be address before purchasing. His inspections may have saved us thousands of dollars in repairs; we would have had to address after purchasing the property.

Did a home inspection on our home we were trying to sell before moving out of state. The final report was a disaster and absolutely inaccurate. 1. When taking a photo of the laundry room, he took a photo of the door to the laundry room where the door had been taken off its hinges just minutes before he came for the inspection. He wrote in his report, “door off of hinges. Needs to be repaired.” This is after my husband asked him if he wanted the door reattached for the photo. He replied with, “do whatever you want. It’s your door.” The door was taken off hinges for just minutes so that movers could move out our washer and dryer. Very smug attitude. The first ding on the report. 2. Next there was ONE smoke alarm in the hallway that needed new batteries. While every single other smoke alarm in the home was actively working. He wrote in the report, “smoke alarm not working. Seems unsafe if there’s a fire.” Crappy move. 3. We have 2 sets of just a few stairs separated by an entryway. There

i HAVE HAD 11 HOME INSPECTIONS OVER 40 YEARS AND I CAN'T PRAISE TYLER ENOUGH-HE PERFORMED WAY ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. HE FOUND ISSUES WITH A HOME WE ARE PURCHASING WHICH ARE SERIOUS BUT FIXABLE. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO PERFORMED A SEWER PIPE SCOPE AND FOUND A COLLAPSED AREA UNDER GROUND SAVING US THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN COSTLY REPAIRS AS THE SELLER WILL PAY FOR THIS, THUS WAS A FORTUITOUS EVENT AND WE THANK HIM FOR HIS THOROUGHNESS AND THE 45 PAGE REPORT WITH PLENTY OF PICTURES CONTAINED AN AMAZING AMOUNT OF INFORMATION RELATED TO DEFICIENCIES IN THE HOME OF WHICH HE LET NO STONE UNCOVERED IN HIS DETAILED ASSESSMENT. THE MAN IS QUITE FRANKLY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! I SINCERELY MEAN THAT TOO! HE WILL NOT DISAPPOINT, BUT WILL SURPISE YOU WITH HIS SUPERIOR INTEGRITY. MY HAT IS TIPPED TO YOU SIR!

Pleasant, punctual and very thorough! Tyler took many pictures and explained his results clearly, even offered easy solutions to a few minor items that he found! I highly recommend Tyler and Sure Home Inspections!

We called Tyler for an inspection of a new septic system at a house we are looking to purchase.
