Had two window blind cords repaired, which required two house calls (remove blinds and reattach). I thought the price was a bit high to replace two cords. And it took a bit longer than I expected: 15 days. Mike came out quickly after first contact, though.

We were very pleased with the prompt reply, he called us the day we submitted our request and came out to give us an estimate. He showed us what the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix it, we agreed on a fee and he came back that same week and completed the job. We were very pleased with his work.
