$80,000
We Hired Him to do an Small Home and He requested $80k as our first payment. Nothing ever happend, no permits pulled. He wasnt forthcoming about aditional fees for septic or the walkway to the home. We canceled the contract because we no longer feel comfortable with him or his level of experience. Its been two weeks and my 67 year old mother who was doing the contract with him has yet to receive the payment back ?. We have contacted an attorney.
