I hired sure seal roof solutions for a full replacement of my flat roof, including installing a tapered insulation system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. They took the time to explain the entire process, especially how the tapered insulation would help keep the attic cooler, improve drainage and extend the life of the roof overall. That gave me a lot of confidence that they weren’t just doing the job—they were doing it the right way. After speaking with countless roofing contractors (5) and hiring JW to perform the job (which they failed miserably at and were not asked to return to complete the job), Jake, the owner, took over the job and went above and beyond in fixing our roofing issues. Absolutely would recommend to anyone for any roof issue they may have. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided very useful information in determining exactly how they could accommodate my roofing needs. The job was done right on time and I have had no problems whatsoever. Everyone working on my house was respectful and my yard was left cleaner then when they got here.
