Sure shot pressure washed the siding on my house last year and did a fair job. I really could not rate it though because I was told that my siding was oxidized. I ask them to come back this year and complete vinyl siding restoration process. Initially I thought the customer service was excellent because he seemed nice always seemed to respond promptly. After careful review, I caught the guy stealing my water (using it without my permission to fill his water storage tank on his truck. He got my out electrical outlets wet with water causing them to trip a circuit. Also told me that I would have to pay him $75 dollars to come back if there was any touch up that needed to be done. Once I gave the house a chance I did a very careful inspection. It was hard to tell that he had did a satisfactory job in the front of the house (near front door), front left side of house ( side you can see when approaching) and back patio ( at back door). You can clearly see that he never touched the right side ( side that you will not see unless you purposely went around the house. Which led me to believe that this would be the touch up work ($75 dollars) that would lead to a call back out to my house. Based on the reviews that I have read on here and the work that was done to my house. I know that a better job and customer service could have been providing. I can only guess that the service you get must be based on how you get in contact with them. In example here, you can leave reviews. I hired them directly through there site, in which you can not leave any reviews. Hire at your own risk. Please be care that they do not fill there storage tank back up with your water, that you will be basically pay them to use and then a higher bill the following month.

My house looks brand new! Sure Shot pressure washed our home, front concrete & brick stairs and walkway, the detached garage and the deck. They were prompt and were here over 4 hours for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Just a great result. 2nd we have used. Recommend for all power washing.

Great experience. Fast turnaround, and even faster issue resolution. Had some hard to clean spots around windows, and they came back out and scrubbed until they were spotless. Very pleased with the experience all around.

they were right on time, and even moved up appointment to which helped with the timing of me being available. the work was performed in a professional manner and they even did more than what I expected. the technician was very knowledgeable.
