I recently had a very disappointing experience with Suretemp, The installation of my $30,000 HVAC system was poorly executed, with numerous issues from the outset. The technicians seemed inexperienced and left behind a mess of incomplete work. When I reached out to the company for assistance, their response was lackluster and dismissive. They failed to address the problems adequately and showed no accountability for their errors. My Electrical bill nearly increased double and my system is still not running effeciently. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Sure Temp due to their subpar installation services and unhelpful customer support.

SureTemp over charged me $500 They attempted to charge me for a TDR replacement, a low voltage fuse, and an add a wire kit. The technician, David, was in my home for all of 15 minutes and he did the following: Took off my old thermostat and replaced it with a Google Nest Learning thermostat. I stood next to him the entire time. He repeatedly exclaimed how easy it was to replace and exhibited signs of excitement that it happened so quickly. He reassured me at minimum 4x that the only fee i would be receiving would be a thermostat replacement fee which would be around $80. However, the following day, I received an invoice for nearly $460. Within the invoice, they added on all of the bogus crap I mentioned in my first sentence and it took 2 weeks for them to finally respond and it get it sorted out. What was their solution? They removed the add a wire kit charge but left all the other items i mentioned on the invoice. This company is dishonest and they are only out to get your money. David the technician relayed zero honesty into the actions he performed and nearly cost me $500. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is n amzing company to work with, The installation crew were fast and effecient. Perfect in fact.Chad came out to give me a quote and go over what service was needed on October 31 and the new units were installed Nivember 1st. No issues. Perfect. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are honest and hard working and worth every penny.

WOW! Sure Temp Air Conditioning is an AMAZING company especially, David Ross. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. David found the problem within 5 minutes and resolved it even quicker. We were told by a different company that a new unit would be necessary, but David quickly diagnosed the small issue and fixed it on the spot! He was SO great. I am forever grateful for SureTemp and David! Awesome service - Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and fast. I highly recommend Sure Temp (and especially David)!!

When we needed to replace our 25 year old (!) rooftop 5-ton AC/heat pump, we got several bids. Sure Temp (Keith) gave us by far the best bid, and added an enhanced warranty. The installation couldn't have gone smoother, with his guys and the equipment showing up on time. They were absolutely professional, and had no problems integrating our smart wifi thermostat, and were impeccable in their clean-up. Months later, Keith spent hours tracking down a phantom noise in our ductwork, going above and beyond to take care of his customer. Sure Temp is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, and I'd never consider using anyone else to service or replace my AC. I've referred friends to Keith and Sure Temp without reservation, and will continue to do so.

Justin was great! He called to let me know he was on his way. Once here here he looked things over, found the issue quickly and explained thoroughly what happened and what needed to be done to fix things. He answered my questions completely. I m happy with how the whole transaction was handled.
