I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business.

They came promptly and understood the problem right away and fixed it.

Jason called immediately after I posted my request. He came to give an estimate to replace some baseboard, and I told him of issues with two of my toilets. He looked at them and fixed the problems right then! They were prompt to the appointment, neat, and professional. When I had an issue with the oil burner (due to draining of the system) he came back and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend!

The company communicated clearly throughout the day about when they would arrive. The service man, Mike, was very nice and even made my dog fall in love with him! Called on a Sunday evening and there was a serviceman at my door by 8 AM Monday morning. Mike, the serviceman, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Will recommend this company to anyone I know who needs air conditioning or servicing. Thanks again for the speedy service and knowledgeable serviceman who repaired the air conditioner quickly!

Professional,prompt and attentive. The previous company installed low quality parts and I continued to have problems. Surefire installed what appears to be good quality parts and my heating system is still working. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend to my family and friends. They are also reliable and prompt. They gave me a window period between 8-10 and they arrived at my house at 10:00. Many companies will have you waiting all day but not Surefire. I want to thank them for a job well-done.

Ralph was very knowledgeable about gas conversions and I felt very confident hiring him. He was great at emailing or calling me back when I had questions before and after the installation. He is very neat and careful about doing things properly.
