My experience could not have been any better. Eric was here quickly. Found the issue and made the necessary repairs in a timely manor. Price was extremely reasonable. I would use Sureline Mechanical again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a plumber.

Eric came out on a Sat to repair leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He was polite and knowledgeable. I had to pay weekend rate but that was to be expected and was reasonable. Would use again.

Project: Install, Repair or Replace Plumbing or Fixtures
Outstanding service and performance. I opened the project on Sunday and they contacted me first thing Monday to confirm the details. We discussed and they notified me in advance of addtional parts I might require and gave me an estimated cost for the complete effort. When the appointment time came, they arrived on time and were very professional. On access and start of the work they gave me details along the way and kept me informed including notification of needing to obtain another part for the configuration on my sink. Travel out, pick up of the part, and return were completed in under an hour and the entire project was finished within 2 hours including that time. The cost was right within my budget and everything went very smoothly. Thank you for your help in my home, and all the info on possible contacting Moen to receive a replacement under their lifetime warranty program so I can have a spare faucet for future needs.

Best customer service I have ever received. I had an issue with a newly installed water heater. Eric came out late at night and had his crew here 8am. Issue resolved. I couldn't be more satisfied.
