Good professional company

Very professional and have excellent people skills.

I recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs. Gina called within half an hour of submission on the app. CJ showed up within 15 minutes for a quote. CJ is very professional and did an amazing job on a Sunday. The water heater is working great. Thank you both?

Service tech showed up unexpectedly two hours in advance. This in itself was good as I preferred fast response to the replacement of my garbage disposal. To the techs credit he was courteous and respectful. I decided to have the disposal replaced thought the tech stated he did not really find any leaks, just some rust around the back area. I provided the new garbage disposal which was still in its unopened package. What I find troubling is that the tech quoted a price of almost 400 dollars to install the new disposal. I find this price rather excessive since I was also furnishing the new disposal. The tech stated he took over a hundred dollars since my area was not dirty, etc. However, I was finally able to get an estimate from Angies List which quoted a price of around 250.00. In addition, the tech is supposed to bring his own equipment such as (a two prog adapter, etc.) to complete the job. He had to make two trips to Lowes for additional parts to complete the job.

Friendly,easy to talk to.

Only in emergencies

Very fast response. The tech was very professional and courteous. It was a pipe repair inside an interior wall. The wall opening was minimized and the pipe repaired. The communication with the office was also very good. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
