Alex was very prompt in calling me after I put in the initial request. He was professional and I was impressed with the way he tried to get at the root of the problem and not just sell me on scrubbing the grout and resealing it. I would recommend him to anyone with moisture issues causing mold/fungus to grow from behind the tiles!

Stone buff put down porcelain tiles in both my upstairs bathroom floors and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very professional and pay close attention to details. More important to me was that they stood 100% behind their work.

Alex did an outstanding job of cleaning and polishing our white Corian countertops. He is detailed oriented, thorough, and highly technically proficient. While quoting the countertops I solicited his feedback on re-grouting a tile shower. He did an outstanding job on the grout work as well. On both projects I felt he he took extra time and effort to make sure the work was done right. He charged exactly as quoted even though he addressed cosmetic details in other parts of the kitchen and bathroom (calking) that were not part of the initial scope. Overall a great bargain considering the level of expertise and man-hours expended.

They said they could fix my counter, but they could not match the color. They did not mention this at the time of the estimate. The crack was widened so they could fill it, so it looked worse than ever. I was not home at the time, and called repeatedly for several days before getting an explanation. They offered no suggestion for an a better repair.

"At the time of the estimate we did explain that white corian is the toughest to match. We attempted to match the color with several shades, but it didn't match. Then we used a clear filler but customer asked us to just put it back to white, which we did. The cracks were caused by having gaps under the surface which we leveled and never charged the customer for any work performed due to the color."
