Stone Slab Countertops Repair (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
The new kitchen sink cost way more. I was told it's a drop in replacement and I need to call a plumber to reconnect the drain. Haha. The sink sits lower than the previous one by 2cm. The entire plumbing underneath needed to be redone. I need a new garbage disposal as well. I regret using them and trusting them. Add to this the sink isn't sloped enough and doesn't drain well and there is a crack in the granite BEHIND the sink. Apparently there is a rod on that side as well. As professionals they know about this 2nd rod but didn't tell me about it. Classic example of a tiny problem ballooning into a BIG one.

Stone Slab Countertops Repair (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
Strip, buff and polish process was explained including a field test to ensure desired results. Deposit was paid. Then when technician arrived, he said nothing could be done, field test was not completed, he simply polished a section and left. Very disappointed.

Stone Slab Countertops Repair (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
This company is terrible in quality. Paid a lot of money to fix my granite counters and the work they performed fell apart in 5 months. Called them and they said sorry for your luck, we will not come out. Very bad experience and wasted a lot of money. I do not recommend them to anyone. So much for never needing a repairman again.

This was a good experience. I sent photos of my cracked Corian counter. They provided an estimate. The work was performed as promised at the price promised. I can not see where the cracks used to be. I am completely satisfied.

They repaired a crack in my Corian countertop. The repair is almost invisible...there are a couple of "white" spots caused by adhesive being a slightly lighter color than my "Bone" colored material. They are pretty small, and my wife is happy with the job. A minimum of dust was made, and the technician did a nice job of cleaning up after the repair. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing solid surface repair.
Response from SurfaceLink

The initial pricing and scheduling was done very professionally. The technician, Wayne, arrived on time and did an exceptional job restoring our Corian countertop. He paid attention to every scratch and blemish and in the end, the countertop looked brand new. We so appriciate the good work and if ever needed, will do business again.

Stone Slab Countertops Repair (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
After having our Kitchen torn apart for over a week and half JTB Stoneworks, LLC came to the house and reinstalled the Granite Counter tops and repaired the counter top at the sink that was broken by the kitchen cabinet company. John's crew was able to come the same day I called. What a great job they did.
