Surface Surgeons is absolutely awesome! I had them come in and clean my carpets. I don't know why I didn't hire them earlier. Now it's going to be an annual thing! One of my friends recently had water damage to their entire basement. They used Surface Surgeons too and were beyond thrilled! Feels great to hire local people who do great work.

Affordable and took great care in cleaning and being careful with equipment in home. Easy to schedule and work with.

Prompt, courteous, and effective

It was a little pricey, but they were confident cleaning my couch, when another cleaner wouldn’t do it because of the type of fabric. They seem to know their business. The couch turned out great. Would recommend to others and would use again.

The only carpet in or house is on our stairs and in our office. Both stair and office carpet is 18 years old. We had the carpet cleaned to look better until we replaced carpet. Shawn Craig and his co-worker Michael were prompt, polite, and did a thorough job. Shawn explained the options for cleaning my mother's sofa very well and followed through efficiently. I would be glad to use their service again.

The rep I spoke with sounded knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He made sure I understood that no company can claim they disinfect carpet, and he said he may not be able to get pet stains out. They came to my home to do an estimate, and it was much higher than quoted over the phone. The rep said we should also add the sealer/protective coating, which added considerable cost. This company (SS) costs considerably more than other companies with five star ratings. Because of the cost, I only had SS do one room that my pet had recently stained (no old stains), a hallway and some stairs. They proceeded to vacuum my carpets with their vacuum that had been used in other people's homes. I have a central vac that is much more effective - I would have preferred they use that but they had already started. I did not have them put the protective coating on - too much $. The rep said he got the pet stain out, but it was still there when the carpet dried. I did not like the smell of the carpets after they cleaned them. I wish I would have thanked them for the estimate and gone with another company.

Restored my carpets to new. I fully intended to have to replace my carpets within the next year. I hired Surface Surgeons to try to get some of the pet accident odor out of the carpet until they were replaced. Not only is the odor gone so are all of the stains! I could not recommend this company more. They were timely, professional and truly saved my carpets.
