Tod of Surfside Pools & Spa responded quickly by phone, within an hour of my request. I emailed him pictures from my smart phone showing the problem area of my hot tub and he quoted over the phone. He performed the repair two days later. The spa was repaired in less than an hour. The labor cost was very competitive.

Todd has been a blessing to our family. He was up front and honest. That is all we ask of a contractor. We are pipefitters ourselves and knew what kind of work it would take to get a frozen hot tub back up and running. With my husband working nights it was hard to work on the tub and get it up and running as fast as we needed to get it going because winter was nipping at our door. When we called him, Todd came out and was at our service. We next day aired the parts in and he installed them a.s.a.p. That is all we wanted and he delivered. He also asked if we could call him when we filled it to let him know if it was okay. We had 4 frozen pipes in this tub and we ran out of energy on the last one, Thank God Todd helped us out because I don't know if we could of done it with out griping at each other. Well worth the money, and saved the love between us.

Todd returned my call the day after I filled out the online form. We scheduled a visit for him to check a leak in my spa. He found the problem quickly, had the required part on his truck and had the spa repaired quickly. His price was very reasonable. Todd also exhibits very good knowledge and understanding of my spa. I would recommend him to anyone needing spa service.
