Poor customer service, etc. etc. Plumber did contact me immediately after the initial call, from there it went drastically downhill. My problem was water was constantly running, told plumber it had been adjusted and that was not the problem. When he arrived, he adjusted and charged me a $100. I called him back approximately 20 minutes later - toilet water was running. He returned said the toilet flap needed replaced. If he could not get one, he would have to order it. He never contacted me, I called him he said he had to order it. That was the last I heard from him. I purchased the piece myself directly from a home supply store locally. Will I use him again? NO. This was my first experience using Home Advisor. Will I use Home Advisor again? I seriously doubt it!
