All they wanted to do was sell me a $32,000 system I didn?t need. My real issue is bad ducts, a small air return, and an attic fan that needs sealing?but instead of fixing it, they pushed a sales pitch. I even paid in full for their annual service contract and still can?t get a call back. Now my tenant is ready to move out because of humidity and mildew. Zero personal service, just upselling. Extremely disappointed.
